The majestic Grand Hall, the centre piece of the Canadian Museum of Civilization, forms an eloquent backdrop for tonight's reception and dinner. We invite you to visit the Museum exhibitions on a complimentary basis prior to this evening's festivities. The Grand Hall houses an exhibition of six Pacific coast Indian house facades and the forest backdrop, stretching the entire length of the Hall, features the largest colour photograph in the world. As the national museum of human history, the Canadian Museum of Civilization is committed to fostering in all Canadians a sense of their common identity and their shared past.
