The World Congress of Arts Producers & Performance has secured preferred room rates for our delegates at the Fairmont Château Laurier and the Lord Elgin Hotel.

Fairmont Château Laurier
Reflecting the confidence, dignity and style of Ottawa, Canada's capital city, Fairmont Château Laurier stands as a testament to this dynamic, thriving city. The Chateau Laurier is centrally located, across from the conference venue, the National Arts Centre, and next door to the Parliament Buildings.

The preferred rate for our delegates is $219.00 CDN per night, plus 12% tax. This rate is guaranteed until October 3, 2003.

Reservations at the Fairmont Château Laurier require a deposit of $250 CDN. Accommodation reservations will be confirmed by e-mail by the World Congress of Arts Producers & Performance. Please read the cancellation policy on your confirmation carefully. Any cancellations or changes to your registration or your accommodation must be made by fax or e-mail. The deposit of $250 CDN will only be refunded in the event that cancellation is made before October 3, 2003. If the room is cancelled after that date, the deposit will not be refunded.

Lord Elgin Hotel
The Lord Elgin Hotel is located opposite the conference venue, the National Arts Centre, and within walking distance of most major points of interest. The hotel, overlooking the beautiful Confederation Park, offers a blend of historic charm and modern day conveniences, including a brand new health facility and indoor pool.

The preferred rate for our delegates is $113.00 CDN per night, plus 12% tax. This rate is guaranteed until October 3, 2003.
