Reservations at the Burlington require a deposit of €210/$350 CDN, which will only be refunded in the event that cancellation is made before September 16, 2003. If the room is cancelled after that date, the deposit will not be refunded. Within 72 hours prior to arrival, no-shows and date reductions will not be refunded will not be refunded. Cancellations or changes must be made by fax or e-mail.
