It is available up until the start of the event and is REFUNDABLE until October 15 only, (subject to a $100 CDN handling fee for written notification received by October 15) or TRANSFERABLE until the commencement of the event, (subject to a $100 CDN handling fee. Register by October 10, 2003 and receive a discount on the Full Rate. This registration gives delegates access to all seminars, screening facilities, the Delegates Lounge, lunches and a ticket to each of the evening social events. This specially discounted registration is NON-REFUNDABLE, with no exceptions, but is TRANSFERABLE until the commencement of the event, (subject to a possible upgrade fee and a $100 CDN handling fee. All registered delegates to the World Congress of Arts Producers & Performance are invited to submit, free of charge, a company profile for inclusion on the website and in the Congress publication. Deadline to submit your profile for inclusion in the publication is October 20, 2003. Details of this service and how to make a submission are available upon registration.
