As a first step the Foundation will retain Toronto-based, Fourth Wall Media as the interactive agency to advise on the introduction of interactive technology at nextMEDIA - The International New Media Festival.

International New Media Festival -
Banff Television Foundation Comes on Board
(Banff, Alberta, Canada, February 6, 2003) The Banff Television Foundation, the Atlantic Digital Media Festival Society and Technology PEI have announced a new deal with regard to the annual International New Media Festival (INMF) held in Brudenell, PEI. The Banff Television Foundation becomes the Festival's owner, organizer, manager and producer; Technology PEI retains its role as the lead sponsor with a strong five year commitment to the Festival; and the Atlantic Digital Media Society relinquishes its role with the event. The Festival will continue to operate in Prince Edward Island with the seventh edition taking place in October 2003.

La Fondation de télévision de Banff prend sous son aile
le Festival international des nouveaux médias
(Banff, Alberta, Canada, le 6 février 2003) La Fondation de télévision de Banff, Atlantic Digital Media Festival Society et Technology PEI ont annoncé une nouvelle entente concernant le Festival international des nouveaux médias (INMF) qui se tient habituellement à Brudenell, Î.-P.-É. La Fondation de télévision de Banff devient propriétaire, organisateur, gestionnaire et producteur du Festival; Technology PEI garde son rôle de commanditaire principal avec un engagement solide de cinq ans, tandis qu'Atlantic Digital Media Festival Society abandonne son rôle dans cet événement. Le Festival continuera à se dérouler dans l'île-du-Prince-Édouard, et sa septième édition aura lieu en octobre 2003.
