A multi-talented musical artist, writer, and producer, Jian Ghomeshi brings an insider's perspective to the world of arts and entertainment coverage. He is best known as a singer and songwriter in the popular folk-rock group Moxy Früvous. The Juno-nominated band has sold over 500,000 albums worldwide. They have been featured in People magazine and USA Today and have also appeared both in Canada and the United States on television programs such as Late Night with Conan O'Brien, CBS Sunday Morning, CNN Showbiz Today, Open Mike with Mike Bullard, the New Music, CBC Television's Rita McNeil Show, the Dini Petty Show, CBC Television's Friday Night!, the Jerry Lewis Telethon and more. As a writer, Jian's latest opinion pieces have been published in the Sunday Washington Post, the International Herald Tribune, The Globe and Mail and The Toronto Star.
